ReelDM Creator Rewards Terms
Effective from 2026-09-30, the day this page was published. Version 2026-09-30.
1. What Creator Rewards is
Creator Rewards lets you earn from the DMs your automations already send. When someone taps a button in one of your automations and receives your DM, ReelDM may send them one more message in the same conversation: a short, clearly labelled Sponsored message from a brand, immediately after your own.
Your own message is never changed. The sponsored message is separate, carries the word Sponsored, and is sent at most once per person per day across all of ReelDM.
2. Who can join
- • You must be a ReelDM Pro subscriber. We check this when you enrol and again before every sponsored send. If your Pro plan lapses, sponsored sends stop without notice; whatever you have already earned stays yours.
- • You must be 18 years of age or older.
- • You must be the person who controls the Instagram account connected to ReelDM.
- • You enrol once, by accepting these terms. If we change them, we will ask you to accept the new version before any further sponsored send.
3. Your controls
Enrolling turns nothing on by itself. Every automation has its own Monetize this automation switch, off by default. You see the actual sponsored card before you turn a switch on.
You can exclude any brand at any time; a brand you exclude is never sent from your account. You can turn any switch off, or leave the programme, at any time. Sends already made are not affected.
Your automations keep working exactly as before whether or not you take part.
4. What a sponsored message is
A sponsored message is composed and sent by ReelDM from your connected account, only in a conversation the person opened by tapping your button, only within the window Instagram allows for a reply, and only after your own DM has been sent. It contains a line that says it is sponsored, the brand's headline and link, and, for some formats, a banner image.
By enrolling and turning a switch on, you agree to ReelDM sending these messages from your account on those terms.
5. Deliveries and earnings
A delivery is one sponsored message accepted by Instagram for sending. Each delivery is counted once. A message Instagram rejects, or one that is never sent, is not a delivery and earns nothing.
You earn the creator rate per 1,000 deliveries shown on your Creator Rewards dashboard at the time the delivery is reserved. The rate is set by ReelDM and may change; a change never applies to deliveries already made.
There is no guaranteed volume. How many sponsored messages are sent depends on the campaigns available, on which brands you have excluded, and on the one-per-person-per-day limit.
6. Holding period
Earnings from a delivery are held for 7 days before they become available to withdraw. The money is yours; the holding period is the time in which a delivery can be reversed under section 8.
7. Payouts
- • Earnings are in Indian rupees. The minimum payout is ₹100 of available balance.
- • Payouts are made by UPI to the UPI ID you give us, and are processed within 7 business days of your request.
- • You can have one open payout request at a time. A request is for your whole available balance.
- • A payout that fails because the UPI ID is wrong is returned to your available balance; please check it before requesting.
8. Tax
Where the law requires it, ReelDM deducts tax at source (TDS) from your payouts at the applicable rate and issues you the corresponding certificate. The amount paid to you is the amount after deduction. You are responsible for declaring your earnings and for any further tax due on them.
If you are registered for GST, you are responsible for any GST that applies to the amounts you earn under this programme, and for issuing any invoice the law requires; tell us your GSTIN so our records match yours.
9. Reversals
A delivery may be reversed, and its earnings removed from your balance, if it turns out to have been made in breach of these terms (section 10), if the brand's complaint about it is upheld, or if Instagram or Meta takes action against the message. A reversal is recorded on your dashboard with its reason.
If a reversal happens after you have been paid, the amount is set against your future earnings.
10. What is not allowed
The following end your participation and forfeit unpaid earnings from the deliveries involved:
- • Self-dealing: sending sponsored messages to accounts you control, or arranging for taps that are not genuine
- • Paying, rewarding or automating people to tap your buttons
- • Misrepresenting who your audience is
- • Removing, hiding or altering the Sponsored label, or presenting a sponsored message as your own recommendation
- • Anything that breaches Instagram's or Meta's platform terms, or the ReelDM Terms of Service
11. Disclosure and compliance
Every sponsored message is marked Sponsored. That label is the disclosure required of advertising in India, and it is made by ReelDM, on the message, every time. You do not need to add anything, and you must not remove it.
Sponsored messages are sent through Instagram's official API, under the same permissions your automations already use. ReelDM reviews every brand campaign before it can be sent.
12. Data
Brands see how many deliveries and clicks their campaign received, by day and in total. They never see who received a message, any username or account, or anything from the conversation.
You see your deliveries, earnings and reversals by day, automation and account. ReelDM keeps a record of each delivery to enforce the one-per-person-per-day rule and to pay you. Our Privacy Policy describes this in full.
13. Changes, pauses and ending
ReelDM may pause the programme, pause a campaign, or pause or end your participation, at any time and without notice, for instance to protect the platform or on Meta's instruction. Earnings you have already made remain payable under sections 6 to 9.
We may change these terms. A change takes effect for you when you accept the new version, which we will ask for before any further sponsored send; until then, nothing more is sent from your account.
14. Relationship to the Terms of Service
These terms are part of, and are read together with, the ReelDM Terms of Service, which apply to everything not covered here.
