1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ReelDM you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. We may update these terms at any time and will notify you of significant changes via email.

2. Use of Service

ReelDM is a creator engagement platform that automates Instagram DMs in compliance with Meta's Platform Policies. You agree to:

  • Use ReelDM only for lawful purposes
  • Not send spam, misleading or harmful content via our platform
  • Comply with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Terms of Use
  • Not use ReelDM to harass, abuse or harm other users
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ReelDM account. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@reeldm.com.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro plan is billed at ₹99 for the first month then ₹399/month. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

5. Digital Products

When you sell digital products through ReelDM, you are responsible for the content and delivery. ReelDM takes a platform fee of 20% on Starter plan and 10% on Pro plan per transaction. We reserve the right to remove any digital product that violates our policies.

6. Instagram API Compliance

ReelDM uses Meta's official Instagram Graph API. We operate in full compliance with Meta's Platform Policies. We may be required to suspend features if Meta changes their API policies. ReelDM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Instagram.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReelDM is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
