When you use ReelDM, we collect the following information to provide our services:

  • Email address and account credentials when you sign up
  • Instagram account data when you connect your account via Meta's official API
  • Comment and DM interaction data from your connected Instagram accounts
  • Payment information processed securely through Razorpay
  • Usage data and analytics to improve our service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate and maintain the ReelDM service
  • Send automated DMs on your behalf through Instagram's official API
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send service-related communications
  • Improve and optimize our platform

3. Instagram Data

ReelDM connects to Instagram through Meta's official Graph API. We only request permissions necessary to provide our service. We never store your Instagram password. Your Instagram access token is encrypted and stored securely. You can revoke access at any time through your Instagram settings.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data including encryption at rest and in transit, secure HTTPS connections, and regular security audits. We use Supabase for database hosting which provides enterprise-grade security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate ReelDM including Supabase (database), Razorpay (payments), and Vercel (hosting). All third parties are bound by strict data protection agreements.

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at privacy@reeldm.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. You can also disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your dashboard settings.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
