At ReelDM, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made through our platform.

1. Pro Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window on ReelDM Pro subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original transaction. After this period, the subscription is non-refundable for that billing cycle, though you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

2. Digital Product Refunds

Digital products purchased through ReelDM are eligible for a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If a digital product does not match its description, is inaccessible, or is defective, you may request a refund within 7 days.

Refund requests for digital products are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, such as downloading or fully consuming the content and then requesting a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The transaction or order ID
  • The reason for your refund request

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Any applicable taxes collected at the time of purchase will also be refunded where required by law.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless requested within the 7-day refund window.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of ReelDM after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
