Referral Program Terms

1. How It Works

Every ReelDM user receives a unique referral link. When you share your link and someone signs up through it and becomes a paid Pro subscriber, you earn a commission of 30% of every payment that subscriber makes — for as long as their subscription remains continuously active.

2. Commission Details

You earn 30% of the actual amount paid by each referred subscriber, in the currency they pay in (₹ for India, $ for international).

Commissions are earned only on Pro subscription payments. Digital product sales are not part of the referral program.

3. The Continuous Subscription Rule

Your commission continues every month for as long as your referred user stays continuously subscribed to Pro.

If a referred user cancels, their subscription lapses, or their payment permanently fails, your referral relationship with that user ends. If that same user later subscribes again on their own, you will not earn further commission from them — the original referral relationship is considered closed once it lapses.

4. Holding Period

For our records and to align with our refund policy, all earned commissions are held for 7 days before becoming available to withdraw. The money is yours — this short holding period simply protects against refunds and chargebacks. After 7 days, your commission becomes available for payout.

5. Payouts

Minimum payout is ₹500 (for INR earnings) or $50 (for USD earnings). You can request a payout from your Refer & Earn dashboard once you reach the minimum.

Payouts are sent via UPI (India) or PayPal (international) and are processed within 2-3 business days of approval.

6. Refunds & Reversals

If a referred user's payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission will be reversed and removed from your balance. Commissions are only payable on payments we have successfully and finally received.

7. Prohibited Activity

The following are not permitted and will result in commission forfeiture and possible removal from the program:

• • Referring yourself or creating fake accounts to earn commission
• • Misleading or spammy promotion of your referral link
• • Impersonating ReelDM or making false claims about the product
• • Any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity

8. Program Changes

ReelDM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, or to adjust commission rates and terms, at any time. We also reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions, and to suspend or remove participants who violate these terms.
