ReelDM is a software platform that helps Instagram creators and businesses respond to the people engaging with their content. When someone comments on a post or reel, ReelDM can automatically send that person a direct message — delivering a link, a resource, a discount, or a digital product, within seconds.

Creators often promise something in their captions: “comment LINK and I’ll send it to you.” Doing that by hand doesn’t scale — a single viral reel can bring thousands of comments. ReelDM handles it automatically, so nobody gets missed and no opportunity is lost.

Who We Build For

Creators, coaches, educators, and small businesses who use Instagram as their primary channel. Our users connect their own Instagram professional account, set up their own rules, and stay in full control of what gets sent and to whom. ReelDM is self-serve — our customers run their own accounts; we simply provide the software.

How We Work

• ✓Account safety first. Every message is paced within Instagram’s official limits, so accounts stay protected even during a viral spike.

Why We Built It

Most automation tools price by contacts, so growing an audience means a growing bill. We wanted the opposite: flat, predictable pricing, a free plan that stays genuinely usable, and the tools to actually earn from an audience — not just talk to it. That’s why selling digital products and collecting leads are built in, not bolted on.
